DFT (Downtown First Thursdays) is a free monthly street party hosted in Downtown San Francisco taking place on every first Thursday of the month from 5pm to 10pm. Get ready for disco in the streets, DJs, live music, drag, fashion, street performances, and many other surprises still to be announced!

We're giving Downtown a whole new makeover -- think bigger, bolder, and oh-so daring.

UNSTAGED. Live on Market

Happening the first Thursday of September, October and November from 4-7p, UNSTAGED: First Thursday Live on Mid-Market, brings a free, interactive, live performance experience with an F Train takeover, live bands & DJs, buskers and makers, immersive soundscapes, cooking classes, interactive art carts, and drag lip sync onto Market Street between 5th and 6th.

UNSTAGED. is a DFT Official Partner Event produced by Market Street Arts.

    Grace Towers will host an outdoor street discoteca on Minna Street, featuring Bay Area Performers and DJs playing a wide range of music genres including disco, salsa, reggaeton, house y más!

  • The Art Car Stage

    (2nd at Howard st.)

    Opening DJs warm up the crowd and special guest performers–brought to you by The Midway and Another Planet Entertainment–close out the night.

  • Dance Hall

    (Outside Natoma Cabana on Natoma at 2nd Street)

    A rotating lineup of curators will bring you Djs and live music to get down to. Grab your partner and head to the Dance Hall for salsa, funk, and more eclectic grooves to keep you moving in the streets.

    Jessie Street comes alive with bands and live music brought to you by Noise Pop, plus some fun surprises and wandering street performances.
